One of the characters in my book series Dark Stones! Stone hails from the prequel short story, which hasn't been released yet!
Name: Stone
Gender: Female (she/her)
Age: Middle-aged adult at death
Species: Gray wolf
Affiliation: Pack of Dark Stones
Rank: Leader
Relatives: Snow-white (sister), Ice (mother), Akubor (father), Ktea (niece), Red Spirit (nibling), Dreven (mate), Niva (grandmother)
Personality: Confident, friendly, open-minded, caring
Description: Stone was Snow-white's sister and the duo used to be close. However, after Stone fell in love with Dreven, a wolf her sister hates, the duo grew apart, especially after Stone made Dreven her second when she became Leader. Stone loved Dreven dearly, but the duo never had any pups. Stone one day got trapped by a bear trap and was later killed by hunters before she could be saved. Snow-white has ever since always blamed Dreven for her death, while Dreven was never able to forgive himself for failing to save her.
Physical description: Stone is a tall silver-gray she-wolf with a pale muzzle and forehead and yellow eyes.

Stone, a wolf with many aspirations that eventually came true. She became Second, then Leader and found love in Dreven at a younger age. Of course, the latter didn't sit right with Snow-white at all, especially after she chose Dreven to serve under her as her Second rather than her sister. And Stone's unfortunate death at a human trap pretty much sealed the deal for him never finding peace in his own Pack so long as Snow-white is around, with her blaming him completely for Stone's death.

Stone doesn't have that much to her personality-wise, she's just kind of a generic do-gooding and benevolent leader, but I do like her relationship with Snow-white (and seeing it deteriorate is interesting to write). The two were really close sisters once, but Snow-white's dislike of Dreven eventually made Stone pretty much cut off all contact with her sister except for when it was necessary (after all, you can't exactly avoid someone you share a Pack with).

Stone is actually an older OC of mine that stems from another old Balto II fanfiction I once wrote (no, not the OG draft for Dark Stones, which was also a fanfic of the same piece of media). In that, she was a very stoic, strict and quiet leader of a pack. I honestly like this version of her better. She has more interesting interactions with the characters rather than just standing still and being quiet except for when giving orders all the time.

Update: Changed her facial markings slightly!
