This looks wonderful! I was really wondering how you make that glowy/soft look. I've been trying to get that for such a long time. Is it just the brush you use? Or something you set up in the beginning or after?
Please let me know, I'm dying to get this technique and this example is just awesome. TT^TT

i thought minato's eyes were blue...... their still cool though
But they look more like natsu's eyes because of the color XD
