Description - Caloon constantly smiles and laughs. It is as if it feels no other emotion other than happiness. This however makes it an easy target to attack while it is giddily laughing.

you know...this is one of the reasonable designs I've seen of fan made Pokemon. The colors are balanced, the size is accurate for the design going for, and you can definitely see its a psychic Pokemon with a single glance. whats more, there are no unneeded accessories clogging down the design. Straight and simple.
