I've been doing a little more work on the mask. In these pictures, I've done the top eyebrow piece and I've finished the middle sections of the nose.

I'm still trying to figure out what the top is going to look like. I've got the roots of the two horns in there, and I'll probably have some spikes and frills as well, but I haven't figured out everything that I'll be doing. I also have to figure out what I can shape in leather so I don't try to make sharp bends that won't wet-form easily.

I have the rivets in here for a test fit. When I'm ready to actually assemble this permanently, do I need to set the rivets before I do the leather dyeing, or after?
