So, as you guys can see I went ahead and made a height chart for the turts with, hopefully, their final designs! 
I went back to Leo’s first design I did of him when I first created the AU. The white jacket with fluffy hoodie felt more natural for Leo than the other hoodie I made for him.
Raphael’s also went back to his original form but with a few alterations. Notably, there is more red on him than before and added some of that classic sweatpants design from Adidas because that is GOOD! Also, arm guards because he ninja.
Mikey was probs the most difficult out of the bunch because there were so many designs I wanted to use but didn’t know if it well alongside the others. Added in a hat because Mikey would be the one who would wear a hat.
I basically drew rottmnt Donnie but with clothes. All I did was change the color of his hoodie from purple to white because contrast. eue

In the beginning of the story, they are all 16 with Leo being the eldest, raph second eldest, Donnie being third oldest, and Mikey is the youngest. As the story goes on, they actually get older. Each new volume they get older.

i see, i always wondered how old they were cause on fanfiction you wrote that they left the sewers when they were 14, in the comic mutants are around meaning the turtles can go out in the daylight without people freaking out... But for some reason Leo told April that she knew they can't go through the front door.
Why is that?

I see your confusion.
When the turtles were 14, they decided to use their ninja training to fight crime. They had actually gone up to the surface when they were around 10 years old once their mother had gotten the courage to let them go out on their own. That’s when they met April and Casey. They have been fighting crime for two years by the time the story starts.
As for the whole “they don’t go through the front door,” that's just something that the turtles do since their ninjas. Ninjas sneak in through anywhere except the front door. It’s a force of habit for them.

Oh! So they do go around the city during the day... They just go on patrols and fight crime like the ninjas they are at night.

this is amazing but... Why is on this art Donnie has one eye that is blue... But in previous ones Donnie's eyes are both red?

I post more stuff on tumblr so you guys are missing info about the au and some art. Anyway, to answer your question, there was this post on tumbr where it was eye color headcanons for the rottmnt turtles and Donnie's was that he had heterochromia, each eye being red and blue which mixes into being purple. I ended up loving the idea and I incorporated into his design.
