I got this from the bottle meme I found while randomly browsing Pixiv.

I just had this image in my head of Kurt being 'mysteriously' trapped in a bottle and being seperated from his lover. It's just so sad.

Can the bottle be smashed open? I don't think so.
Only way Kurt can be let out is if Finn actually proves his love to Kurt in front of people.

They might be confused as to why Kurt is in the bottle in the first place though.
