requested an evolution for Telebit.
it is also an entry for 's contest.

lv. 36 --> Rebor, Error Pokemon, Electric

ability: Signal Pickup or Error Mode*

'Rebor have the ability to trace all kinds of signals, digital and vocal. it levitates above the ground while shooting electrical beams. if it is damaged too much, it will error, becoming very dangerous even for its trainer.'

*Rebor screen will display a skull and its eyes turn red, all stats will raise except defense. it will be a hidden ability, and a Rebor with this ability can only be found deep in the basement of Team Masters HQ.
