I was originally going to title it, "Kevin Costner ..." but then I remembered his movie was "Field of Dreams". Oh well.Anyway, a shot I took recently of a field near Rookley on the Isle of Wight.
Each time I've driven past the field I've always been intrigued by the line of trees and have wanted to photograph them. They remind me of something I've seen in a Dutch painting, from the seventeenth century if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not really sure if there is any critique I can offer on this fabulous piece but what I can tell you is that it reminds me of Gladiator, which is my favourite movie, which is very cool.

It's a beautiful shot, an idyllic pastoral scene. The movement in the foreground grass really adds to the image, gives a wonderful sense of motion.
