Ha ha, TY. Just use machanjcal pencil (smallest you can find) & draw it on angle until it get flat-so you get only 1! instrument, but with all working surfaces- sharp (edge\tip) for lines & deep shadows; + flat base for really smooth  filling (you will not even need smoothing later). Carefully control rotation, feels hard to monitor at first, you will get used to it in no time. Making whole art without ever letting instrument out from your hand- feels good
