perhaps. however, caring for someone's feelings implies compassion, which is an emotion. legion is geth, however, and that complicates things.
I always wondered about legion and emotion. shepard's N7 armor implies emotional attatchment, a trophy or souveneer, which normal geth could not care less about.
having 1,183 programs on a single unit is unique to legion, I think. perhaps that allows for metacognition... do you think that he thinks about having a soul?

And I always thought it'd be kinda cute if Legion actually had emotions. like you said, they kind of hinted at it with Shepard's Armor and things like that

There's actually a princess bride reference in game.....have Thane in your squad when you meet the "biotic god" and use the paragon interrupt to stop him from fighting the Asari. If Thane is in the right team member slot (not sure which off the top of my head) he will wish the Volus "Sleep well, and dream of bulbous women."
