Description beat Kirby: Planet Robobot 100% a while ago. im now very much hooked into kirby lore and i think its stepping up and jumping over Super Mario as my favourite Nintendo series.

im on a huge kirby kick rn, so heres an artwork, featuring President Haltmann and his daughter secretary, Susie.

tbh this is just a well drawn shitpost.

So that means you played Kirby's DreamLand for the Game Boy?

Anyway, If you're sticking with a 3DS to start with, there's several games to go for in the 3DS/DS generations...

Definitely try out Kirby Super Star Ultra, as it's far superior to the game it's a remaster of (that being Kirby Super Star on the SNES)

As for the other titles that came on the DS, Squeak Squad, Canvas Curse, and Mass Attack are also pretty cool too.

Imo, there never really was a bad Kirby game, maybe some that are overshadowed by others, but they're always made under the same development philosophies.

i have been told that SSU and CC especially are amazing, but also RTDL, KEY and DL3. so i might end up checking those out.

also i have hard about how kirbys had a wonderful track record. nother reason why it might end up higher than super mario in my eyes. marios great and all but its had some bad games.

Those three games outside of the DS gen are good too, except I never tried DreamLand 3, but it might not be that bad considering it came out on the same console as the innovative Kirby Super Star.

I'm also in the middle of Kirby's Epic Yarn, and it's super cute and charming to play despite the exchange of transformations instead of copy abilities.

I'd also try out Kirby Air Ride if you can, but thus far there's no official re-releases of it, so you'd have to snag a physical copy of it to play on a Gamecube or Wii.
And if you can, try out any re-releases of Amazing Mirror, 64: the Crystal Shards, and Nightmare in Dreamland (Kirby's Adventure remaster)
