I was thinking about what would happen if Fairly Odd Parents got a Gravity Falls-esque reboot, with darker undertones and everything.Basically the idea for the reboot is simple: The fairies aren't real. They are actually computer programs that are held in the watch that's on his arm. He got that by accidentaly finding a secret government base. Upon finding this, the Dimmsdale mayor commisions someone to go and catch Timmy and grab the watch from him: Denzel Crocker, the technology teacher. He created a perfect threat for Timmy too. The "Anti-Fairies", a group of viruses that can destroy any form of program, including the ones inside the watch.
Pretty much yeah. Tell me if it's any good of a concept.

Sounds like a possible episode :0 Maybe even like one of those "What If" moments that Timmy sometimes had during certain episodes. And then Poof would be Timmy's special weapons and Sparky would be his special vehicle/bionic sidekick

Alright one last question: So basically the technology in the wash can grant Timmy whatever he wants, and it was supposed to be used for military purposes originally, and in the wrong hands it could cause total chaos?

the government created it so they could make a "true-to-life" genie, however, they screwed up and made Cosmo and Wanda instead. Realizing the power it had (and how it was the exact OPPOSITE of what they wanted), they hid the watch away in some hidden bunker that wasn't guarded. Whoever obtains and uses the watch has an (almost) unlimited wishing source, which is what the military needs.
