I'm wondering the same as them lol. I think the prices are fine tbh. I've seen base-adopts go for higher and these aren't there. What would you see as HQ?

I see HQ as high quailty image, Good hair Shading,maybe not done on paper

umm, good shading, not to complex designs but complex designs can go higher

Thanks for the advice but I didn't have the time to digitalize these yet because of real life and did not want to use a base to make them digital.

Well you said that because they were traditional (on paper) they weren't HQ. I don't really see a problem with it, as I am also providing digital palettes to the buyer. Besides, if I were to have used a base would that make them more HQ just because they were digital? Because I see people prefer non-base things more, whether they're traditional or not. It seems you and I just see HQ in different ways.
