I would like to stress that this is just my imaginative interpretation of two words of dialogue from Astarion after Zen's eye got messed up and replaced, this is not something you get in the gameeeee~

After the ridiculous, and rather gruesome, ordeal of Zen losing their eye, I was absolutely SHOOKETH as the player. The new eye has been worth it every single time I play, but OOF was it a lot to handle! So when I returned from changing Zen's appearance to fit a rather big character change, at least in my mind, and the first thing Astarion said to her was "Hello, beautiful", I felt ready to grin and cry at the same time. I know it is a randomly generated line, but it was perfect in that moment, so I had to draw them the way my brain showed it to me.

I 100% believe that right after getting Zen to calm down, Astarion would say something like:

"Time to pick yourself up, my sweet. I certainly won't be kneeling in the dirt any longer, so I recommend you follow the earth-shatteringly beautiful vampire. Let's get you to Shadowheart for a bit of healing."

And then would proceed to mention how he's planning on hunting down and flaying the idiot who knocked Zen's eye out in the first place XD
