EDIT: I was testing him out today and realized that Klei updated the way you select skin items from the wardrobe. This makes it easier to grab clothing from my overly large collection, but it looks like there's now also no way to select head skins for a modded character, so... Ignore that part
realized while updating speech strings today that I never posted him here! this is my mod of the Lodger from Ice-Pick Lodge's great game Knock-knock

Note: he has custom voice sounds; some people like these and some people don't, they are configurable and can be changed to Wilson's speech sounds in mod options if so desired (the custom sounds are remixed from public domain scratchy violin audio clips and some people reaally hate them dw you can turn them off) (someday i might make an alternate custom voice option to choose from but that sounds like a lot of work/a lot of download file size so that's not happening anytime soon)
