Here is Enavoska.ΒSpecies: Voskan (Vaus-can)
Probably a slightly too detailed Beast, Just a concept idea I had in mind for a while. It's a feathery beasty. Also drew a low quality crappy close up of face and iridescence on its neck. I might go back and make the design a little simpler. I did have an over all simpler marking design for him in the first place... hmm i don't know how I feel about it :\
Might edit later, and will definitely add more detail to the description later.
A general concept or look at the one on the bottom. (The top one is an old concept of Elzatros)

I'm in love with this critter. ;u; I'm curious, did you get any inspiration from victims of the Cordyceps fungus? The horn sprouting through the head and the tentacle type things from the limbs look a little like the stalks of the fungus when they sprout from their hosts' bodies.Β

Wow I just took the time to look that up because I'm not even too sure what that even was xD (I'm not very knowledgeable on fungi Β ) But sadly, no I didn't really get much inspiration from Fungus, or that one in particular. Though that's a very creative thought, if I had known of this I might have just done something about it 
The most inspiration I get to create my Paradise beasts are mainly from the birds of paradise. For example, when I had my very very first design of Elzatros, I wanted him to be inspired by the Raggiana bird of paradise. Of course I've altered his colors and design so much he hardly resembles it through anything in my gallery (Though soon I hope to get a very detailed ref of him up soon, and I will actually attempt to make him look somewhat inspired by that bird). But the idea of of the birds and their unique feathering and colors and dances, inspires me to create beasts that are somewhat similar in that concept.Β
The idea behind the beasts are that they must be fully feathered or at least have a decent amount of feathering with a somewhat colorful pallet. Must look somewhat sacred and fierce though still pleasing to look at. I have so many different Paradise beasts, I can't wait to finish them and show them off on here cx

Yes I adore the birds of Paradise, the Raggiana being my favorite xD I just love birds in general though, they're lovely. I really admire theΒ arfak astrapia I actually don't think I've seen that one 
To be honest, as sad as it may sound, I haven't developed much of a background for these beasts just yet. I once had a very organized headworld but it needs a desperate revamp but I do have a spot for them in there.

True, I've actually just designed a critter based off pinecones, insects, owls and masquerade masks combined. lD
