UPDATE 9/17: edited the head size a little, it was bothering me. I also messed with physics and removed invisible vertexes. Very small changes but changes nonetheless o-oOLD: I FIXED THE PHYSICS ON HIS LEGS... A BIT. THEY SHOULD BE LESS STRANGE NOW TRY IT PLS AND LET ME KNOW ;;

i fixed it a while ago i think it was something along the lines of what you said
I fixed some other stuff more recently which is why it was updated
i think the leg physics actually did let the coat just fly through em and it was an ez fix
i just didnt notice the problem when i first uploaded him ;;

Mostly on youtube, sometimes on niconico, is where I usually look for Kaito and Vocaloid-related videos. Every time I see this model appear unexpectedly it's like a cool little treat. ^^
But yeah, it is a little weird, since I've done searches that haven't returned those videos for me. I try not to be annoyed by that, and just enjoy what I do get to see. I feel like the internet should work more than this lol

It'd be a good idea, browser history... except I don't keep it. The instant my browser closes, that's it. Everything gets purged automatically. There isn't room on my computer's memory for extra stuff like cookies and history. I set it up on purpose to do that, to save disc space, and usually it is never something that is anything but helpful... but... for this alone, it doesn't help ;w;
Well, it seems like when I see your model being used, it's never tagged for correctly. Maybe that's why it's difficult to pull up via search. Next time, maybe I will remember to save it ._.;

I think most people just credit by maker's name rather than tagging in the manner you are suggesting. When I do see him, I've never noticed him NOT be credited (...though I'm sure it happens to everyone sometimes), so don't cry, please.

I don't think that's how tags always work. Most places, you have to specify them. Because otherwise the results not matching up doesn't make sense.

Physics make so much more sense than rigging does at this point, for me, I mean. ...Said the uberbeginner.
The majority of the issue was simply the noncollision boxes needing their checkmarks "edited" which was super easy to fix. That took care of the scarf going through his body especially. The only other minor problem I know of in regards to that issue is that his thighs (only) need physics added so they can not be allowed to pass through his coat, which already has its own physics. The thighs don't need to jiggle, but they just need something to give them mass and repel the collision. I think that will resolve the remainder of the problem with his legs passing through his coat.
My power cord for the only computer I have that can run PMDE and MMD just failed on me, so I just have to wait a couple days, as the replacement one is on its way in shipping to me right now, before trying my hand at adding physics to his thighs. That'll be a new thing for me, since I don't know much about adding things yet. But I believe it'll fix the issue.

His legs do have physics, actually, and good ones. You're not remembering wrong. There ARE some there! It's just his thighs that appeared to be physic-less.
I remember moving a bunch of stuff in the editor that was covering it up while it was driving me nuts earlier, to discover that that seemed to be what the problem was ;~; poor partially undressed shadow child. :') But that was before I knew what to click to add additional physics in. I mean, it's only noticeable when you're using him in a really dynamic motion, but the glitch of his legs going through his pants happens whenever he dances expressively, and only when the thigh connects and goes through the other clothing. Maybe his existing leg physics view the hips as a separate "area" from the legs when it comes to the bones or something...? I can't look to know right now, because my computer is down until my new power cord comes ;-;
But I think we'll figure out how to fix it!

I used a preexisting scarf around hte neck, and then primitive tool to make the hands, and merged vertexes.
as odd as it sounds, it works a lot better than you'd expect it would if you do it right. lol.
