Nexoxcho (pronounced ne-sho-sh-cho), short form of Nexoxchochitla ([she who] "makes fun of / speaks mockeries"), is one of the inhabitants of Mictlán, the underworld in the traditional Nahua / Aztec cosmology. An impersonation of fear, she is the one who, at daylight, brings cowardice into the Teyolia (hearts) of mortals, and who, at night, delivers nightmares.
Animated version once available as a 30 editions NFT in the Tezos Blockchain, part of the "Fear 4 Tez" event for Friday 13th.
