Description
Xolotl is originally the Mexica deity of the Evening Star, often associated with the underworld (Mictlán) and also regarded as a brother to Quetzalcoatl (the Feathered Serpent)'s aspect of Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli (Lord of the Morning Star), and told to have helped him in bringing back the bones and remains from the past generation humans from Mictlán to the surface, as well as assisting him in sacrificing their blood to usher new life into the future inhabitants of the Fifth Sun Era. Xolotl is also associated with fire and lightning, and so far has been depicted as a dog-like deity.

In my Original Story, CUETZPALIN , Xolotl is the entity whose original form is the 'Nemontemi Stone', one out of five original hidden element Vovin crystals (in its case, the original crystal of the Cozauhqui hidden element), and like other entities of that kind, has been awaken by a massive sacrifice offered to it - being Xolotl the first entity to wake from those crystals, in Aztlán, many centuries ago. Some of Xolotl's powers are shared with whoever makes a blood covenant with the Nemontemi Stone, and eventually, Wilhelm, the Cuetzpalin mythos' protagonist, will be tricked into making such a covenant, what grants him some powers in an useful time, but also grants Xolotl access to his mind.

As the Mexica have thought, in the past, the Nahui-Ollin ('Movement Sun'), the Fifth and current Sun Era, may end with earthquakes after all.
