GIMP is a good free painter program, basically a simplified Photoshop.
I can always take a stab at coloring/inking it. Do I just print it out, color it in, and re-scan it?

Thanks for the tip, and that is one way to do it. The other would be digitally I suppose. Meh. People could print it and give everything a mustache if they really wanted ^^'

Digitally is possible, too, but I'd need to ink it on my computer, and I dunno how.
