Guess who it is.
For me it's my OC (from Vampire Heart ;]). With a hint to the origin of my story and the ultimate source of the main idea.
And the picture itself is a kind of a spoiler. 
You can also interpet it as Snow White. ;]
I wanted to do something different while practising drawing entirely with Photoshop. ;] I got struck with inspiration when I saw this picture .
The idea was drawn as a project some time ago (although for a different character) and was just waiting for a suitable style to be developed in.

It's hard to use that combination on a regular basis though since it's really for dramatic works, like this one.
