Description
This is a Kraken, the largest of the Nozari Galaxy's spacefaring races. They are extremely intelligent and have incredibly powerful telekinetic abilities. This makes them a force to be reckoned with and one of the Galactic Alliance's most powerful allies.
One interesting thing they can do is create a psionic bubble around themselves as they retract into their shells. This creates a personal life support system that allows them to traverse the void to other planets in their solar system. Some have even been bold enough to make the leap to other solar systems using this method. The journeys can be very long, but given that Krakens are functionally immortal, they have plenty of patience.
In modern times, Krakens have designed spaceships to make longer journeys across the galaxy at a similar pace to their allies. Most of the time, due to their enormous size, ships are only built to house one individual. They wrap around the shell as the captain remains comfortably retracted inside of it. Despite being not much more than a spacesuit for them, the ship can be just as kitted out as a large spaceship for most others.
