Exotic perk- Persistence: If the bolt hits an enemy or it travels too far without hitting an enemy it creates an explosion wich damages any other enemy nearby. If the explosion damages someone, the reload speed is significantly increased, if not, the reload speed is significantly decreased.(stacks up to 3 times, reload speed increase:+75%)
