Description
This weapon does void damage.
-One random round in the magazine will poison an enemy for 5 seconds, but at the cost of poisoning yourself for 5 seconds as a side effect after the round is fired. (The shot must be landed to trigger both effects. Activation is indicated by pale green fog spilling from around the magazine)

Exotic Perk 2: "Thorn of Renewal"
-If the round from Thorn of Decay is fired, and misses, there is a chance that the bullet will be refunded directly back into the magazine and the next fired round has an increased chance to poison the enemy for a longer period of time, but deals less DoT and deals no side effects to the wielder.
