I think that this weapon would be really cool to use if Bungie made that there weare areas in wich you have to fight against enemies on their veichles. It would be a ton of fun making them explode!! Hope you like this concept!

Concept: It would be a sniper used for long ranged combat and heavy anti- vehicle assistance. It would have very high impact and range, but low stability, slow rate of fire small magazine and slow ADS time.
Intrinsic perk- Denial: This weapon does 2.5 times more damage to vehicles, vehicles you destroy explode violently.
perk:geurilla fighter:
Exotic perk- Back to sleep: This weapon gets a large boost to ADS time, stability, accuracy, reload, and handling while crouching or peeking over a wall.
