Cookie Run OC- Chiclet Gum Cookie

Backstory

Escaping Fate - Chiclet was a cookie of many rolled and baked at a witch’s baking business. Instead of being sold to be devoured, due to her facial defect she was thrown away for not having the perfect shape. However this turned out to be a gift of freedom, an escape for becoming crumbled. Finding old gum in the dumpster she reside in, the creative cookie blew a large bubble to escape, luck soon after running out as she snatched a ride on a shipping truck. Exhausted from her current adventure, Chiclet fell asleep in the process of cargo shipping, soon awakening to the strong scent of sea water.

Allies To Freedom - The cookie was terrified to realize she was being shipped across the sea, soon learning in rather violent acts she wasn’t alone. Rats proceed to capture her, claiming they’d feast on her delicious crumbs. Terrified and not knowing how to fight, Chiclet put her creative brain to work, soon negotiating a plan to the stowaway rodents. They’d work together to escape the cargo boat, build a ship out of objects being shipped, then ride out at sea. Once at land, they’d part ways. The rats refused, until the cookie made a point that they’d all perish or “crumble” if they didn’t escape. Realizing what’s at stake, they agreed on the teamwork, one of the vermin stating on how she was similar to other cookies they met before. A determined group with a magic compass, riding the train and defeated one of the hoods they knew. Intrigued by “other cookies”, Chiclet asked more on this group, soon learning of other cookies escaping the dreaded ovens and running to freedom, rumors being said a “kingdom” rides deep in the woods, freeing all cookies to a happy life.

Determined by tale, Chiclet vows to use all her power to reach this mysterious land. With her sights set, the cookie and rodents work together as planned, shipping a cargo box into the sea large enough to be their ship. Eventually they reach land, parting ways and thanking each other for their services. Chiclet travels through the forest, the scent of RollCake hitting her senses. She was extremely dazed, so blamed this on her nausea. Suddenly a growl, she can’t mistake, a white fluffy, nearly frosted looking beast pouncing out into view. Panicked, she runs, and keeps running until she can’t run anymore.

Determined Soul Jam - She falls, terrified, spotting numerous debris in her sight. Letting her creativity run once more, Chiclet proceeds to craft a object, with a RollCake Wood handle, tied to a hard block of SugarStone by Licorice Vines. Still not knowing a thing on self defense, Chiclet spun the weapon wildly, hoping it was enough to cease the beast. Exhaustion hit her and the cookie fell, beast prowling over her with its snarling maw. After all the distance she made, the paradise she heard, the problems she solved, she creative cookie refused to give up. She gave a loud cry, throwing the hammer as hard as she could. The stone slammed the ground, sending off a near shockwave of sound. The Cake Wolf was terrified and sprinted, hopefully never to return. It seemed like an eternity after when the hammer wielding cookie heard voices of hope, before letting her head fall to the grass. She awake later in peace. Safety. Truly believing it was all a dream at first. She had made it to the kingdom of hope. Nearly crumbed, but not crumbed. She shared her tale of escape and journey to other cookies she met, grateful she was able to make it to paradise at all.

Crafted To Be - Over time of settling in, Chiclet was reminded of the weapon she used in her first battle, disappointed to learn it had broken after the struggle ended. However she was so approached by Avocado Cookie some time later, who claimed to be one of the two cookies that found her. Seeing her makeshift weapon Avocado decided to make her an upgraded version, to use on whatever she pleases. Thankful for the gift, the creative cookie began to practice, hitting nearly. anything she saw. Cookies got annoyed or startled by this, eventually confronting on why she couldn’t just use it in battle. Chiclet claimed she did but wanted to do more with such an object, just not certain on what that would be. While Cherry Cookie supported the destruction, Herb Cookie suggested she be a landscape artist or sculpture, as it could help the town and keep her busy. Excited, she agreed, and put her creative mind to work. She’s been a sculptor artist ever since, grateful she made it to paradise.
