SEWER PATROL
«I’d like to make sure all possible entrances to the city are thoroughly patrolled. This includes the docks and sewers. I’m sending out two patrols for each location since there’s plenty of ground to cover for both. Any boats docking at our harbors should be monitored by wardens upon arrival, and travel is not permitted for anyone through the sewers- so if attempted, stop them.»
