This asset pack is an Unreal Engine 5 project comprised of various static meshes that can be used to populate your games, all in the style of the American Southwest. Examples of props include furniture, artwork, appliances, a vehicle, vegetation, and more.
The specific theme of this pack focuses on what you may find outside the cities where water is scarce. Some unique props include a trailer with a water tank, a storage tank for potable water, a commonly found style of vehicle used for hauling water, and residential solar panels. A description of some of these, plus the real-life inspiration, can be found in the documentation.
Material Instances:
A few master materials drive all of the unique material instances that give the props their character. Many instances are customizable by design, where a user may change the color of objects or parts of objects to suit their tastes. There are also World Aligned materials for use on architectural pieces, mentioned below. The documentation lays out how these master materials and their instances work.
Architecture:
This pack includes various modular wall and roof pieces so a user can build basic homes. Other semi-modular or supporting architectural props give the buildings a bit of flair. These include pillars, molding, stairs, accent walls, and others. Supporting architecture, such as the stairs, are not modular and may be placed wherever you wish. Columns, floors, and walls support World Aligned Materials so they can be scaled to your preference without fear of seams.
Bonuses:
There are several hand-designed pieces that were made to support the showcase level but may be repurposed for your use. Things such as foliage, cliffs, and the landscape material are not strictly part of the perks in this pack, but are yours for the taking.
Lastly, I included very basic blueprints that contain nothing but static meshes and point lights. These blueprints are four empty houses that you can use as either inspiration for your own home designs or to drop straight into your own projects.
