The 2012 landscape calendar is now available ! Go check it outFor me, the amazing thing in this photo is the color of the water. In reality, the Fraser is dirty gray in color. However, the reflection of the clouds made it appear like ink here

This is an amazing piece, both with the rules of photography in mind, as well as the overall impact of the photo.
The depth of it all really seems to strike each viewer in a different way, but I recognize that the water seemingly goes on forever, leaving a beautiful concept in the audience's mind.
The color scheme of this piece is amazing, really drawing in your eyes with high-contrast, and quickly getting your attention amidst a sea of deviations.
The picture also features a main centre of focus, and also portrays the ethereal glow of the sun with the rule of thirds.
Overall, an amazing piece. Please keep up the good work.

Take my breath away! This is ... simply gorgeous. The vivid colors, the speckles of sunlight across the water, the grasses turned a golden-reddish green set against the gray-blue water ... WOW!! Tremendous piece.
