This is awesome, the design is eye-catching and thought-provoking, but also aesthetical. I like those cracked holes in particular. The piece looks to be very skillfully made.

Thanks. Glad you liked it. I'm a huge fan of ancient things that look broken, so I try to emulate that (cracks, holes, broken pieces) in my ceramic work to some extent. I like scarring things up a bit.
Of course, the glossiness sort of offsets that somewhat.
