Thank you! I was (still am!) using acrylic. I started out with oils in high school, loved it, but couldn't stand to wait for it to dry, tried then fell in love with acrylic and there I've been for all these years...

I know exactly what you mean. I have not much patience though. lol. I'm a big fan of working in acrylics myself.. haven't done it in years now though. Supplies are so expensive. I definitely want to get back to them though..

My younger art students (20 somethings) are always teasing me about my age, and I just smile and say "Well, barring accidental death, suicide or tragic illness, you ALL will be here someday, and 20-somethings then will make fun of you". I love the cycle of life.
