while having a discussion about character concepts and character ideas with we played around several character archetypes, and an Angel Girl was among one of them, I had an idea in my head of an angel girl and decided to do a quick concept of her, that is the one you are looking at.and while this concepts its probably not getting used or implemented on anything, I decided i liked the character enough to keep it for myself, will probably expand more on her and its background and probably have as some sort of mascot character or character I could use for trades etc . . .

I kind of like the design, though it may be because I am a sucker for single dresses. I also like how the hair slowly turns into a halo which is a nice touch and pretty original idea compared to just having a flat halo.
I also dig the eyes, but once again I really like the concept of different pupils and how they look.
I won't go into backgrounds since this is more of a concept rather than something fleshed out. At most I may say you might want to work on your frontal shots and making them slightly more even.
