Yep. The legend of the headless horseman involves a german mercenary in the american indepence war - hired by the british from Hessia- IΒ΄ve read there is like a real tale about it. However i just love the Tim Burton argument and that is were i came out with this own version.

ah ok, thx, the thing is iam from Hessia and i know that the Landgraf sold hessian troops to England to finance his residence, but i didnt know about the legend of the hessian horseman
