He looks like a fella who could spin a yarn or two on a sunny doorstop. I'd like to talk to him...and this is why I love this piece - to me, the character seems to have a story, and this evokes my deeper interest and higher appreciation for the piece. Great job!!!

I just love his muscle structure and form and I particularly like his face, it has such character. The colouring of his skin is so amazing.

I love the idea because its diffrent. I loved the way you made his rugged hat and pants fit his weak body. In my opinion I think it explains as we age, we get more ancient and sense the approach of death...but this guy still has hope. Very good!
