4/4 experimental chibis from the raffle ~ my apologies for the wait, but with this submission - everything is done! :'D
congrats again to the winners, and onwards to a raffle sometime in the future~

characters belong to Pardalis-Costantine (left) and FishyFeeshy (right)

once again trying to push the experimental thing. wanted to try out some tehniques and see if anything would stick.~

for the pony, i did something between soft cell and really soft shading, and afterwards added details on new layers (extra strands of hair, rim lights etc). also tried to go for a more intense lighting situation and while i do like the effect, i think it would work better on full sized pieces rather than tiny chibis.

and for the doggo, i went for the whole purple layer on multiply and erase the light away deal. the 'special' thing about this is that the shading has airbrushed colors on it, which i believe makes the whole thing more lively, and it's also light enough not to get in the way of the lines. if i had to choose i'd say this one is my favourite in terms of final results.

i've honestly enjoyed working on all of these, it was a challenge and a pleasure to try and capture these characters on a small canvas. hope you guys like them too! <3
