Part 2 of 3 of some Paint Tool Sai tutorials. ;u; Idk why, but I wanted to try this again after my last tutorial was such failure. (I deleted it, by the way.)
This is how I do skin and eyes. I can't figure out how I managed to make eyes so complicated, since I was looking over that part and it seems so hard! ;u; Sorry!

I'm very new to SAI. Can you tell me how to set it to transparency? It was easier to do in Photoshop, but i just cant seem to find it in SAI. Also, when i use the Wand Tool it selects everything, not just one part. Is there a way I can change the settings of this too? Thank you!

Transparency, umm.. It's called Opacity in SAI, and it's above all the layers and under the mode? cB Is that what you mean?
Um, are you sure you're on the correct layer? c: You can change the settings, maybe your transparency difference is too high, so change that!
