Finally I made an Asuka drawing... :3 In fact this is the third.. but at least this doesn't look crapy.. I guess..

It's really hard to paint Asuka's hair..!.. she has a long long hair.. I used 5 colors on it... oh! and sorry for the mistakes I made a big one on her face, sometimes my hand moves irregular.. I was thinking if it was because I work on my bed.. but... naaah... I have made all my works on my bed, I'm not used to work on a table..

Okay now that I'm discovering your gallery properly the Rei picture I just commented on doesn't even seem all that special any more. This is a simple, but powerful drawing in that just looking at Asuka's frame and eyes reminds me of the troubles of her character in the show. Great job!

Tienes razón, tienen textura.. En parte se ha vuelto mi marca desde que estoy acá en dA.. como que liga a toda mi carpeta..xD y también me han dicho de todo!.. "deja de usar ese papel" "es computadora verdad? quieres hacerlo pasar por tradicional" etc etc. Pero no me importa >:3 Me gusta trabajar en el..

Este es lino, también utilizo cascara de huevo Y hay unos preciosos de fibra.. hay uno que le dicen fibra de banano que me encanta pero ese ya no lo he visto desde hace tiempo ;'D..

Te han dicho esas cosas?? O_O Se nota que hay personas que no tienen nada bueno que hacer ni que decir. En lo personal me parece extraordinario el efecto que le dan a los dibujos. Incluso me dan ganas de experimentar algun día. Y como dices, tú sigue usándolo, lo importante es tu opinión no la de los demás. Si les gusta bueno y si no, que vean en otro lugar y asunto arreglado. XD

So, since you said you painted this, I'm guessing you must of used watercolors and watercolor paper (did you use watercolor pencils too?)

You did a great job on giving her hair and dress form. The folds on her dress are very well done; I commend you for your craftmanship. The pose is also nice. Knowing Asuka and her personality, her pose shows that she feels defensive. Very emotive!

While I do love the background and the technique you used to make it, I think that more subdued colors would of worked better in this piece. By no stretch am I saying you did bad on the background, I just think it's a little bright for the subject matter (although I do see where you are going with the compliemtary colors).

You did very well on this piece and I look forward to seeing more Evangelion artwork from you! Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for your comment!.. I really like big comments n___n Oh!!!.. that's wrong! when I said "paint" I actually mean colour.. n_< hehe sorry... I used Colored pencils and pastel colors on everything.. n__n
