She's cute, although I do see a couple of anatomy issues. I think her left hand is a lot bigger than her right. They dont seem to be foreshortened, but the fingers on her left hand are a lot longer than on her right. I think i would like to see some more folds and creases in the clothes too.In her legs, i think they need to be a little more curvy.
other than that, it looks great. im glad to see that you've pulled out of your dry spell, and you need to cheer up.draw your manga already >_<
