Here is my official entry for Amanacer-Fiend0 's Public Domain Day Challenge. I originally developed this character to be an enemy for Efeu on Comixology. But, considering the state of that app, I doubt that the comics I'd planned on creating for it will ever happen.

So, without further ado, here is Solar Sue...

Codename: Solar Sue
Real Name: Susan Sonnenrad
Age: 31
Powers: Superhuman strength, flight, heat resistance and solar blasts (which can come from any and all parts of her body)
Weaknesses: Darkness, cold, water
Bio: On Susan Sonnenrad's 31st birthday, she was abducted by aliens. But don't worry, they were friendly aliens from the heart of the Sun. In order for her to survive in their environment, they subjected her to a ray which made her physiology more like theirs. No longer would she need to fear heat or starvation. From now on, the Sun would provide all the sustenance she would ever need. Now immune to the normally adverse effects of the central astral body, the aliens showed her the Utopian society that they had built for themselves and told her to build a similar society on Earth. However, upon returning to her home planet, she discovered that the ray which had altered her physiology had also given her great powers. Now, she uses those powers in an attempt to recreate the Sun people's wondrous civilization here as Solar Sue!
