I just cut the bottom off a pair of culottes and converted them into a pair of cuffs. They're hairly simple to make and could be converted from culottes, gauchos, wide leg pants, or harem pants. I'd offer to make you some from scratch, but I'm not satisfied enough with my pants making skills right now to offer pants for sale, though I hope to later this year.
