I thought I was overdue for a tutorial. @_____@ And now I remember why I don't make them often either.
But here you go! This is more for my reference, but I thought I'd go ahead and make a tutorial to share with you all.
I'm still sorry that I'm not that great at tutorial making. I don't have the patience to do a really good one. D: And I made this one so I could procrastinate on my essay. >_< But yes...this is how I color eyes.

Made for users with Photoshop CS2. But I'm sure it'll work with PS7 and up.
