Да, это реальный человек на фоне стены.
Настоящие черты лица и тело спрятаны под слоем краски,
таким образом, чтобы рисунок совпадал с изображением на стене.
Картина получается только с одного ракурса.
Я добавил альбом "backstage", в нем можно увидеть некоторые работы в процессе создания.

While I absolutely LOVE this, I am very creeped out by how it looks. It's an eery thing- it looks like a painting, but you can definitely tell it's a live model. Eugh it's beautifully creepy.

I . . . I'm not sure I understand. This is a photograph? Bodyart? . . . Where's your right shoulder? I feel like I should be able to see it, and the rightmost edge of your face, but I can't. I'm sure it's all a testimony to the brilliance of this concept, I'm just a little lost. What about this background? Did you paint a backdrop and line yourself up with it just so?

i'm gonna echo everyone else who's going "hold on, wait WHAT, body art?" would love to see another angle so we can see how it was made (specifically where the model's actual face ends)
