No I used CandyBar to change my icons but if I used 1024 resolution I had ugly icons in Dock and Launchpad them I changed resolution to 512 and now it's ok ? (ML 10.8.4) Do you have any explication about that ?
Is it possible to have more icons not include in your packs ?

That seems to be a memory/cache issue with Candybar. They may appear pixelated until a restart, and other times I have had to re-add them to Candybar to fix them. I think it's due to the fact that Candybar doesn't really understand the new format that includes 1024x1024 for Retina displays. USUALLY, but not always, Candybar will apply them just fine even if they look ugly in Candybar, but sometimes it uses the ugly cached version. A restart of Candybar should fix it… at least temporarily

I'm glad
Launchpad is a part of the Dock program. It's usually good at updating icons when you change them, but if it ever doesn't update right away, you just have to restart the Dock and effectively Launchpad. It will then rebuild its icon cache.

When I use your icons, I see beautifull icon in Dock or in Finder but very ugly icon in Launchpad why ?
