Description
some steps I saved in the processthe final image: fav.me/d7s82vj
I had the character on one layer in the whole process. Usually I break up the elements of the figure into different layers,
but when I paint for myself I like to keep it simple, it feels more like traditional painting without switching between layers, for harder edges I used the lasso tool.

Amazing!!! Great steps. Her clothes look so real, cause of the lightning. How long does it take to paint such a beautiful piece? Did you think you become faster drawing in the last years? Did you practice every day? How much paintings and scatches do you draw on a day? Thanks for sharing

Thank you!
Being a personal work, I painted it over several days - maybe if you take all the hours together it's around 4 work days
Thanks to work and commissions I get to paint everyday, but really practicing just every now an then (anatomy studies, photo studies)
I should take more time to practice though ! xD

I admire how you can keep the same composition for the whole process, I would have cropped and flipped things at least 20 times by the end! haha

haha true on this one, I usually do a lot of cropping and flipping. In the first steps the background was shorter I had to adapt it for the gif
