Okay, this took me really long and was hard, but I am happy now because I like the result ^^ Not considering that I can't do perspective, of course LOL

Oh wow, this turned out looking spectacular in colors! After seeing your art style I just knew Chibiusa would look adorable in it and she does!
I think you did a fine job on the cars and buildings, both intact and wrecked/crushed. I also like how her entire room now looks like a cityscape. And you did a great job on her outfit and sandals.
