Because I love Rose and I Love the relationship she had with the Doctor. Because I believe that the Doctor still holds feelings for Rose after her having such an impact on his life. Because I believe that the doctor is the same man with just a new face and not disconnected and made into a whole different person with the same memories.That's why I did this.
I would Love to see how the Doctor reacts if he were to ever see Rose again. and I am sad that there is no more reference to her, it seems like when the Doctor changed to the 11th form the writers made it seem like he suddenly forgotten all about the people he just left.

Adorable! I love both of these styles.
In my opinion, there are a lot of moments where it seems like he is referring to her. Also, in Let's Kill Hitler, the voice interface shows Rose, Martha, and Donna but it switches to Amelia.

Actually, in "The Wedding Of River Song", he said to Dorium, and I quote, "I could help Rose Tyler with her homework". He hasn't forgotten, but I think Eleven is just more in control of his emotions than Ten was.

The most they every remembered of Rose was a small picture in a deleted scene and the living flesh Doctor saying her name (along with many others)

OMG. i understand exactly how you feel. i love the 11 era, but i hate how everything seems like the previous people and things never happened. and i also want to know how 11 would react to meeting rose again!

Also, while they got rid of most reference to Rose, 11 did mention being able to go back in time and help Rose Tyler with her homework (that made me so happy that he hadn't been made to forget about her completely).
