OKAY IM GONNA EXPLAIN REAL QUICK HERE

Firstly; the colours on this picture seem too saturated and high. This is a common mistake, if you study colour theory properly this won't be too much of an issue. 
Secondly; the shading is way too off here. I can see what you tried to do with the overlay but that just adds to the saturation of the picture. I suggest you make a pinpoint to where your sun is (lightsource) and shade the opposite to where the lightsource is, and then go from there. 
Shading hair is hecking confusing as heck my dude. I get that, I still get that.
As for the fingers, they look way too big for the body, fingers are usually roughly the size of your head.

Try sketching out the hand before going straight into it yknow? everything is made out of shapes. Think of your hand like a box with...fingers on it. lmao 
You also need to work on your anatomy really hard. Here is a bunch of tutorials that you may find useful but one really useful deviant is SenshiStock who does stock photos and they're really good for life studies

One more thing to add; ALWAYS LOOK UP REFERENCES

People say that looking up references is a bad thing bUT ITS NOT
its actually very helpful! If you're looking for a specific pose then I suggest not going down the style of anime or cartoons as that's not really realistic imo

It still does look off, the hands would be spread out more if she's reaching for something, otherwise, your hand would not be able to grab the balloon or the string. Using your hand as a reference, would you be able to grab the balloon with the same hand position as her? If so, how well?
