Description
Commission for Sibera, the character is a normal tiger, no special features.So it's easier to me to draw him during my work time.
However I feel tired to draw anything complex with Photoshop, Flash is a faster tool to me now. XP

It could be argued though, that Kaze is so simple in his design that the fact that this is similar too is a total coincidence.
I'm not getting after you, mind you, it's beautiful work, but just be careful. at best case, people may notice, I mean, I thought this was Kaze until I read the description. At worst, you might catch some grief for it, and if Timothy Albee sees it and thinks it's similar, then you might have some issues. As I say, I don't know, but just be careful, mate. that's all i'm saying XD

What was the point of telling someone to be careful about a commission of a character that is not theirs that they've already completed when there's a big chance that JC would never end up drawing that character again and it's also a character type that's pretty common? LOL if someone thinks it's another character, that's not really a problem. They won't be like, "I was cheating into thinking this was a picture of [so-and-so]! Now I don't like it!" The art is still the piece of art no matter how someone perceives it, not JC's problem, LOL.

Well, that's you. I save heavy crits for artists I know well, but this is a sight designed around that basis. What I said? I went back and read it, thinking "ok, maybe I should go find out why everyone is beating me over the head for this." I read it. you know what I saw? I saw that I told her that her work was "beautiful" that I told her I followed her work and liked it. I saw that pretty much everything I said was from a friendly angle and said with the clear intent, so clear, i9n my opinion, were it any clearer, it's bite you, of offering her friendly insight. I do NOT accept the whole "Oh you were scary, you said it rudely" clause. go back and read it! I was pleasant and nice and friendly and then I bot bit. So yea, ignoring it is probibly wise now. I tried solving it, with J-C and with others, and no go. I realize you are only trying to help, but at this point, it's just more to deal with on the same matter. So thanks for trying, honestly. But let's just not go any further into this. I appreciate that you've been a reasonable person and not just another idiot fan-tard, I really do. So let's leave it with that.

Yeah, I went back and read it, but at the same time ya gotta think of how the artist feels as well. I always try to look at both sides of the coin in a situation like this.
I appreciate you taking this in a level headed manner, and wanting to put it to rest. I believe this was one of those things where both sides over-reacted just a bit.

we have comments for a reason. if she is gonna be so sore about getting critiqued then why post? basically what it comes down too is, here we are, three weeks later now is it? and i'm still getting contacted over this. they way in which I was lashed at by her and the way in which this is still going on is inexcusable and far overshadows any verbal mistake I might have made. Oh got forbid I said what I thought in an area in which people are given the option to say what the thing. God forbid I did it to a popular artist too where in she needn't speak to me, she can let her fan base beat me down after she sounds the initial battle cry.
