Backstory: Desponea Le Verrier was born on the 3rd moon of Neptune and is the ruling princess of the Moon Despina and one of the 13 guardians of Neptune. As all the 13 so called Children of Neptune ,Desponea was raised at the court of Neptune to gain all the important qualities to protect the main planet with all its residents and the royality. At the Age of 14 Desponeas powers awakened and thus has been sent to special training. As the 3rd born child on Neptune, Desponea became the guardian of the 3rd Moon of Neptune Despina. But traininng Desponea was pretty hard since she was spoiled to extremes by her father. Due to her ... special personality she's been sent away to learn how to be a proper Queen one day and gain the eperiences by "Do it yourself".
But since she's stubborn, she followed Neo Queen Serenitys invitation and decided to move there and run away :S But maybe it will do her some good

Personality: Desponea is kind of a stereotypical spoiled princess. She always got everything she wanted and is living just how it suits her best regardless of her responsebilities. Eventhough she can be pretty touchy at times, deep down she is a nice and very truswothy friendly girl who looks and cares for her freinds. Desponea is a very cheerful girl. She's a girl who loves everything pink and glittery or things that relateto flowers so =SUPER GIRLY. A bad trait of hers is that she's a litlle( maybe a little too) conceited and overestimates herself and her powers sometimes.

Henshin Item and Description: Neptune-Mirror-Compact. As Desponea got one year old she go to choose one of the 13 splints of Neptunes former Deep Auqua Mirror. TheDeep Aqua Mirror itself repaired itself after the shatter. The remaining pieces are used to destine the guardians of the Moons. One of the pieces turned into the Sea-Compact-Mirror as Desponea held her hand out to reach for the sheds. She always used and is using it to watch things or people trough it. It also reflects the present into different alternate futures depending on which choice one makes. But that power only comes alive when it's really needed. Desponea uses that to transform into Sailor Despina.

Henshin Phrase: Desponia reflection, make up !

Henshin Description: Desponea encirles the Mirror with both her hands and says her Henshin phrase. The words release the Mirrors powers and shows a reflection of her moon. The mirror radiates a bright white light that changes into a blue colour, spreads and engulfes Desponea in a sea of light.
As the light is dimming it is being replaced by water/bubbles that vanish and partly shows sailor despinas Fuku. After the clothing is revealed the light is getting brigter again and creates waterdrops on smaller parts which consolidate into gems and her semi transparent parts.
Her Henshin is finihed as she strikes a very graceful pose.

Weapon and Description: Sea Comb. The Sea Comb is Despinas weapon. It appears when shes going trough her hair with her hand. The Comb can later be combined into a trident when it's put together with the compact. But that is not possible in Despinas basic form but later or when she's in princess form.

Attack Names and Descriptions: Reflecting Sea Whip ! : Sailpr Despina stikes out with the comb. While it srtikes trough the air it changes into water and bubbles and foam, compacts into a stream of watery power and strikes the enemy.

Other Information: Sailor Despina is now on her own journey in SMV to gain new experiences and values. She loves shopping, dressing up and music. Despina is also a little short tempered.
