i'm going to make a guess...this is based on a story i read once. is it Serenity's half sister, whose parents are Queen Serenity and Endymion? the black hair and blue eyes got me. also..the picture is very pretty.^-^...too bad i can't have a second guess, i thought of another idea...but i won't say it,so no one else can steal it.

A "Mary-Sue" is normally an author avatar and and utterly perfect one at that. A Sailor Mary-Sue tends to be the best at everything, completely loved and adored and shows up in a fanfic, taking over the central role. Male versions are called "Marty-Stu."
They can be a hoot if you're willing to poke fun at yourself and use them for comedy, as in a story I did called, "Sailor Perfect - A Mary-Sue Parody."

Let me revise that, then. Looking at the gowns may I suggest that it's Queen Serenity's twin sister. The gown lacks the arm decorations and the long, pink bow in back.
